Great Stay

Our only small complaint was the overfilled pillows! Trivial detail but we did have to go buy pillows . Other than that it was great!

The condo was comfortable and nicely furnished. There was everything provided for our stay including beach chairs and umbrellas! The location was a short walk to the beach, with restaurants a short drive. We will book this unit again.

We had a wonderful time

We had a wonderful time! The Wednesday hula show at the pool was spectacular. The grounds are kept in pristine condition, the BBQ areas are very clean, and fun at night for the kiddos to find lizards.

We were very happy with this condo. The loction was great, it's well stocked. It was nice being in the center of the building right near the elevator. As usual communication and dealing with Vactions Maui was excellent.

Our stay here was amazing. We had our family of 5 staying in this condo and it worked perfectly. We had a total of 14 family members staying in this facility and our place became home base for all of the meals. It worked great! And we had no bugs or ants which we heard were issues in some of the other units. It was clean and bright and lovely!

Excellent Unit and Location!

We had a great time! We’ve stayed at Kamaole Sands several times before and will keep coming back. This unit has a great layout with the large lani and enclosed upper room. Convenient location right at the top of the elevator. All the furnishings were in great condition and we would be VERY happy to stay here again.

We had an amazing stay!

We had an amazing 10 day stay here! The unit was very clean and exactly how it was described and shown in pictures. The balcony was large and very nice - we enjoyed a lot of family meals out there. The gated community itself was also great - very well kept & lots to do! Pool, gym, pickleball, and a beach park right across the street. The on site concierge helped us book a luau and provided us with other fun local recommendations We will definitely be back!

We just wrapped up a 10 day stay at Kamaole Sands 7-405 and we couldn't be more impressed with our stay. We arrived 2 days before Hurricane Lala reached Hawaii, the hosts and on-site staff made sure we were all well informed of the potential impacts to Maui. Thankfully it not as bad as it could have been! The grounds are beautifully maintained and well situated in the heart of Kihei right across the street from the Kamaole Beach III. We enjoyed being able to walk across the road to watch the sunset most evenings. Parking spot and the door to the unit are right beside the elevator which was really handy. The unit itself is very well appointed and it has obviously been renovated in recent years. The kitchen area is tight but functional, cupboards and drawers are packed full of dishware, glasses, utensils, etc. Some of the frying pans and knives could use a refresh and it would be really great to have AIR FRYER in rental units. The common area BBQ's were awesome and well maintained. Our teenage kids used the main floor BR which has A/C and fan, plus their own bathroom. Upstairs BR is big and bright, also with it's own A/C unit. The bathroom shower was nicely updated. The Lanai was very large and has a nice view of the property and a partial view of the ocean. We enjoyed our early mornings and late evenings outside. Storage locker had 7 beach chairs, 2 umbrellas, a cooler and kids toys.Overall this a highly recommended property and we'd be happy to stay there again !!

Condo in paradise

My wife and I were joined by our adult children and the place was comfortable for all of us. We cooked most of our meals utilizing the big bbq area. Location was across the street from a nice beach to boogie board and snorkel and the unit came with beach chairs, umbrella boogie boards sand toys and nice big beach towels

The condo was as described

The condo was as described. Spacious and well equipped. The assigned parking is very close to the elevator which made loading and unloading easy. The lanai was oversized and also helped that it was partially covered given we experienced a little bit of rain and wind. The enclosed upper loft improved the privacy vs the standard open concept loft bedroom in these units, although it has resulted in a sort of “sound tunnel” where the loft window amplifies conversations and noises from the outside. Not a major issue but if you're a light sleeper I recommend bringing ear plugs for that upper room.

Moms trip

My wife picked this unit as we brought our moms with us. Unit was very nice, love the complex. The only negative was the sliding door to balcony wouldnt lock. Called to have it fixed. It seemed to work for an hour or so. 2 of the TVs didnt work(think remote was bad on one).
