Valid ID required for all guests. Refundable security deposit of $500.00 (Paid prior to check in). This deposit covers damages to furniture and the house. Please do not discard of towels, sheets, dish-ware if damaged just leave on property.
Deposits are returned 2-4 business days depending on the banking institution after the home is inspected for damages.

If special permission is granted for pets, an additional refundable pet deposit is $300 plus $100.00 non refundable pet cleaning fee added.

Utilities-
The owners pays up to $400.00 a month for power and water in your rental costs. For Utilities usage over $400.00 per month guest will be charged overage.

Smoking is allowed outdoors only (including medical marijuana & tobacco products). Additional charges for cleaning will apply.
