Beach Cottage mit 2 Schlafzimmern am Pine Point Beach in Scarborough. Diese ausgedehnte Strandgemeinde ist das perfekte Ziel für einen Familienurlaub und Kurzurlaub. Das Cottage bietet Zugang zu mehreren Restaurants und Aktivitäten, die zu Fuß erreichbar sind. An der Anlegestelle können Sie mit Köder- und Angelgeschäften an der Straße angeln. Lokale Restaurants umfassen: Salty Bay, Bayleys Lobster Pound, The Clam Bake, Mister Bagel, Salty Bay und Ken's Seafood. Perfect Place!

This cottage was the perfect place for our Pine Point vacation! It was immaculate, better provisioned than my own home with everything you can think of from night lights to paper towels! And the beds were extremely comfortable. The location was great—just a short walk to the beach and a quick drive to the main road. Can’t wait to go back next year!

This was our second stay in consecutive summers at Lauren's beach cottage. We loved our time there very much. Fantastic Property

The cottage is excellent for a family of 4. Everything is exactly as advertised. This was our first time in Pine Point and we really enjoyed it. It's near everything but much quieter than the Old Orchard area. There are a couple of restaurants that are a 1 minute walk away which is nice when you are not in the mood to go out. The beach is also a couple minutes walk away and was clean and not overcrowded. This is definitely a great cottage in a great location.

Perfect Comfy Beach Cottage

This was our second time here so we knew how wonderful the cottage is! Lovely as ever, the cottage has everything you need for a perfect stay. The front porch and the sunroom on the back are fantastic to have and really added to the overall ease and enjoyment of our stay. Clean, cozy and well appointed we had a fabulous time. The beach is so close (a few minutes walk) and the view of the marsh is fantastic - a fabulous cottage for a fabulous vacation. Hoping to return next year!!

Perfect for us

This wonderful cottage was perfect for my husband and two grown children. Plenty of room. Kitchen was well appointed. Beds very comfortable. Cottage was very clean. Location is great a block or so from the beach. The view of the marsh in back was lovely when relaxing in the back porch. Jane was very responsive to any inquiries. We had a great time despite a hurricane threat and having such a comfortable place helped immensely.

Fantastic Home Away from Home!

We loved this cottage. The layout of the rooms make it feel bigger than it is, and Lauren has done a great job updating the interior design to feel modern, spacious, and extremely easy to settle into. It is very clean and neat and comes with nice amenities including a dishwasher! The kitchen and bathroom supplies are ample with no need to bring anything from home except a beach towel. There are two porches, one in front which makes for lovely entry with ample space for outdoor gear, and a screened in porch in the back that has a great view of the marsh and is set up for porch dining in the fresh air protected from insects. Hard as it was to tear away from such a great breakfast spot, the beautiful beach is just one block from the cottage - close enough to run back and forth as needed throughout the day, with access to a very quiet part of the beach away from the public beach crowds. Thank you to Lauren, and Jane and her crew for offering such a welcoming and comfortable beach retreat. We will definitely return to this cottage!!!

What a wonderful time we had! The cottage was clean, tidy and cozy. Incredibly well equipped - we had everything we needed. Super easy and quick walk to the beach and restaurants. Very nice place

Everything we needed was there. Living room and bedrooms are decorated with good taste, beds were very comfy. The backyard offers a million dollar view on the marshes , you will have to sit outside to enjoy the view as the window in the kitchen facing the marches is pretty small. If you are a bird lover it’s a nice place to see glossy ibis and the great white egrets. About 20 steps to the beautiful beach and to great seafood restaurants. Neighbours were very nice and friendly as well.

Another great stay

This was our second visit and everything was great (again). The cottage is compact and well equipped. Very comfortable. I love the backyard and screened porch which is great to have a drink in the evening and watch the birds in the marsh. We will definitely be back again next year!

Fantastic cottage

We had a wonderful stay at Lauren’s cottage. It was cute, clean, comfortable and well stocked. The location was great- we timed- it took 3 minutes to get to the beach! One of our favorite parts of the house was the screened in back porch overlooking the marsh. We ate most of our meals out there. We will definitely be back!

Perfect for a young family!

Lauren’s house was the perfect beach cottage. It was clean and well maintained. We traveled with three young children. The two older ones shared the room with two single beds and a pack n play just fit in the corner of the room with the larger bed! Having laundry available is definitely super helpful. The kitchen was well stocked with all the pots, pans, and dishes you might need. The cottage is a quick two minute walk to the beach, and the other area beaches are within a short drive. Ocean Park deli is a ten minute drive for the world’s best cinnamon buns and Ken’s seafood is right down the road for the best seafood around. We would definitely stay here again if we return to Pine Point! Thanks for a great place to stay, Lauren!

Wonderful property and location!

We've been travelling to Pine Point for over 20 years and have stayed in many properties in the area. This was one of my favourites. It was well equipped with everything we needed and all in very good shape. Kitchen supplies were like new! We also loved the back yard and screened in porch which looks out onto the Marsh. One thing that's very important when travelling is a good mattress - big check mark here too! Thanks Lauren. We hope to be back staying with you again next summer!

Lovely stay

The cottage was very clean upon arrival. The kitchen was adequately stocked with dishes, glasses, mugs, pots, baking sheets, and utensils. The two bedrooms were small, but roomy enough for two adults and two teenagers. Bathroom was fine, although could have had more toilet paper available. The washer and dryer were a plus, as was the air conditioner in the kitchen. It was a short walk to the beach. There were a couple of good restaurants within walking distance, and others within a short drive. There's plenty to do such as kayaking in the marsh, walking/biking at the Audubon society, Old Orchard Beach, miniature golf, movie theater, drive-in, water parks, and live theater not too far away.

I’ve been a vacation rental owner since 2011 and currently have two rental properties. The first being at Pine Point Beach in Scarborough, Maine. A cozy coastal community with beach access, delicious restaurants, and fun activities for all ages. The second property is a ski in/out condo at Sugarloaf Mountain in Carrabassett Valley, Maine with gorgeous views of the mountain and fun filled year-round activities. It's perfect for a ski getaway in the winter or hiking/golfing/lake in the summer.
