Spacious house in nice residential neighborhood. Close drive to Holland State Park. Sauna and hot tub were great! Nice firepit in the back yard. Coffee and K-pods provided by the host which was much appreciated. We enjoyed our stay.

This truly was one of the best vacation rentals we’ve ever stayed at. It far exceeded our expectations. The home was cozy, clean and had everything we needed. The spacious backyard was wonderful for our dogs to play in and chase squirrels. The location was great, close to the beaches, restaurants and shopping. The neighborhood is quiet and we enjoyed long daily walks in this beautiful wooded setting. The host is very responsive and very accommodating to all our needs. We’re already making plans for our future stay at the Colonial Cottage.

A group of 5 friends stayed to celebrate turning 50. The place was just perfect and the location to anything local just as perfect. Highly recommend staying here.

Perfect location for our stay

This home was big enough for all 8 adults and 2 children. Everyone had their own space but also could come together for dinner. Location was perfect for our travel needs. We would recommend this home to anyone traveling to holland.

Nice pet friendly place

Nice place located within 5-10 minutes of everything. Big back yard for family and pets. Quiet neighborhood. Suited us perfectly for a 2 night stay. Would stay again!

Wedding weekend

We had a wonderful time staying here for our wedding weekend. The place was homey, clean, and it had everything we needed. The hot tub, sauna, and backyard with our pets was perfect. Great neighborhood as well.

Amazing Stay!

We loved our time staying at Colonial Cottage! It was very clean and had so many special amenities that made our stay so special. Loved the well stocked, well organized kitchen and the backyard was beautiful and relaxing. Perfect for a large family

8 adults from ages 22 - 75 stayed for a birthday memorial for our family member who recently died.

Property was excellent. Could use a toilet in the basement. We all enjoyed our time there and all the space available.

Relaxing Michigan vacation

Very comfortable and relaxing. Unfortunately, we had terrible weather but we had a wonderful time just chilling in this cozy house. The neighborhood was wonderful. We had a great bike rides and 2 excellent hikes. We had some terrific meals both in Holland and saugatuck.

great spot to relax with family

The property was clean, cozy and had all that was described. The games and puzzles were a nice touch. We didn't use the outdoor items because it was cold when we stayed but there were extras for outside too. The indoor fireplace was nice. The kitchen was well stocked which was very nice. It was a great stay for our family.
