At The Surf Suite you will find a welcoming interior making you feel right at home. The recently renovated space has a fully stocked kitchen with everything you need to whip up a quick meal. The living room has plenty of space to sprawl out, relax, and stream your favorite show. There are two bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The main bedroom has a queen bed, smart tv, and a ceiling fan. The second bedroom has a twin pull out trundle bed. The bathroom has a shower/ tub combo. 692 sq ft.

Great location and neighborhood. There is s shared laundry shed in the parking lot. The garage on site (nothing to do with the rental) is still in need of repair from the recent hurricane (it is in the works).

-This rental is a duplex. You will be renting one side of the duplex.
-The washer and dryer is shared with the duplex.

-The yard is not fenced in.
-Parking is shared in the duplex.
-2 parking spots for this unit.
-1 well behaved dog is allowed with a few additional rules.
-Include up to 1 dog in booking so the pet fee is applied.
-Pick up and dispose of dog waste.
-Dog must be kept on leash outside of the property.
-No wet dog in the house, no dogs on furniture.
-No Parties, no smoking.
-Quiet Hours 10PM-7AM.
