Kommen Sie, die White Mountain besuchen und an diesem schön eingerichtete Village of Loon Stadthaus bleiben. Auf der Eingangsebene dieses Stadthaus finden Sie ein Schlafzimmer mit einem Queen-Size-Bett mit einem vollen Bad direkt vor dem Schlafzimmer des Tür finden. Unten befindet sich das Master-Schlafzimmer-Suite mit einem Queen-Size-Bett, Flachbildfernseher, ein Vollbad mit gestapelten Waschmaschine / Trockner und einem kleinen privaten Deck. Der Hauptwohnebene ist über der Eingangsebene gefunden. Auf dieser Ebene befindet sich eine voll ausgestattete Küche mit Mikrowelle und Geschirrspüler. Essbereich mit Sitzgelegenheiten für zwei; und der Wohnbereich mit einer Rundum-Couch, einem Flachbildfernseher, einer Klimaanlage und einem Gaskamin. Das Deck ist über einen Schieberegler im Essbereich zugänglich und bietet sechs Stühle um einen Tisch mit Sonnenschirm und einen bewaldeten Blick auf den Loon Mountain. Das dritte Schlafzimmer ist auf der oberen Etage die meisten des Stadthauses und hält ein französisches Bett, Doppelbett und kleiner Fernseher.

Ihr Aufenthalt beinhaltet die Mitgliedschaft im Dorf Schwimmen, Tennis und Fitness Club mit zwei Hallenbäder, zwei Außenpools, vier Jacuzzis (draußen), Sauna, Fitnessraum und 12 Tennisplätze für Ihren Genuss.

Vor Ort finden Sie eine Fülle von saisonalen und ganzjährigen Aktivitäten finden Sie Ihre Zeit mit Shopping, Golf, Mini-Golf, Vergnügungsparks (einschließlich einer lokalen Wasserpark), Gondel / Straßenbahn Fahrten, Naturattraktionen, Skifahren und Snowboarden, Langlauf zu füllen, Schneeschuhwandern, Wandern, Mountainbiken, Schwimmen im Fluss, Kajak, Vogelbeobachtung und vieles mehr.

Condo was clean, spacious, and well stocked with linens and towels. We had everything we could have needed. Very easy process to check in and check out, and we appreciated the welcome bag. Will definitely recommend to others

The place is beautiful and well located. Access to The pools and hot tubs was ideal with young kids. The only recommendation I have is to add more ACs as the upstairs rooms are stuffy during the day, but workable at night with the windows open.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was the 2nd year we stayed in this particular unit (we've stayed at the Village the last 8 or 10 summers). Overall, very clean and well-kept; the kitchen is well-stocked. The 3rd floor bedroom was unbearably hot (75 - 90 outdoor temps, similar in that room), so essentially unusable; it really needs its own air conditioning. We also ran out of kitchen trash bags (only 3 were provided), paper towels (1 roll of very thin/cheap provided), and toilet paper (8 rolls in 2 bathrooms but again, thin/cheap so it went fast) halfway through our visit and had to go buy more; although laundry is available, owner provides no detergent. This kind of corner-cutting makes the owner seem cheap and/or that they expect us to dishonestly take home "extras" of these items if they were provided/stored in the unit??? We won't be staying in this unit again.

Overall everyone really enjoyed their time there. Only negative was that multiple screens had holes in them and needed repair, resulting in various flying insects being inside during our stay. I would highly recommend working with the Loon Reservation Services, as they made the whole process very easy.

The condo was comfortable, well laid out and had everything we needed. The location was perfect for the activities we did while we were in Lincoln (Loon, Woodstock, Kangamagus Hwy, etc.). One thing to mention - while the place was overall pretty clean, there were a few things that could use some attention. (Bathroom fans were pretty dusty, lower deck was dusty/dirty.)

Very disappointed. The walkway full of dirt and dried pine needles tracked all throughout the house. I swept the walkway after the fact. Kitchen table grimy. Huge dried up coffee spill and table was black w grime. The tub was filthy in fact even a dead smeared spider. Ice was frozen solid and freezer burned. Internet/WIFI did not work. After trying for over 1/2 hour we called maintenance outside b/c we had no service he promptly came but took a while to find router and to get the tv to work. The top balcony had not been swept dried pine needles and spider webs even on the bbq. The master BR balcony on bottom level was even worse. There was a 3 foot stuffed teddy bear and a tall doll on the bench. The teddy bear looked like it was there for years, full of spider webs, bugs absolutely disgusting. I could not let my minor grandkids out there because I didn’t know what else lived in that bear. The listing states a/c BUT only the master BR had air conditioning out of the 3. The third floor was so unbelievably HOT even though they did provide fans that the kids had to sleep on the couch. The listing states all fees included BUT was charged a housekeeping fee which frankly was a significant amount of considering the poor job they did prior to our stay. One more thing the popcorn in the gift bag expired May 2026.

Right outside of the town of Lincoln it is very close to many fun activities. The location is set far enough of the highway that it is very quite. The unit we stayed in was completely clean and beautiful including what had to be a full kitchen remodel. It was stunning. They had EVERYTNING you could possible need in the kitchen, bathrooms, and bedrooms. Unit is spotless. Only regret we have is we didn’t stay longer.

The August weekend was hot and humid, so the A/C unit on the main floor worked hard to keep the upstairs bedroom adequately cool. The provided fans helped move cool air up there. Having the outdoor and indoor pools at the Swim and Tennis Club was a wonderful bonus with 5 children in the mix. We would definitely return in the future.
