Plus, take advantage of community tennis courts, Pickle ball courts and the Corolla bike path. Your ideal Family getaway awaits!

The cleaning fee includes ALL of your bed linens, bath towels, beach towels, blankets, cleaning supplies, enough paper products to start, coffee/tea, beach chairs, and serviced Pool and Hot Tub.

1st floor:

2nd floor:
4 bedrooms

- Bunk room. 2 bunk bed sets. (4 twin beds)
- Full bathroom with access to deck.

2.5 floor:
- Half Bathroom

3rd floor:
- Kind Bedroom with en suite full bathroom with Smart TV.
- Kitchen with breakfast bar and access to deck
- Dining area, seats 8 with 4 seats at the Island
- Sitting area with Smart TV
- Outdoor dining table
- Hot Tub on deck!

4th floor:
- Roof deck with ocean views!

Ground floor:
- Private inground pool. The pool is generally open from the end of April through mid-October.
- Outdoor shower
- Charcoal grill (charcoal not supplied)
- EV charger (guests must bring their own cord)

Community access:
This house is located in Ocean Sands and includes access to Tennis courts, Pickle Ball Courts and private beaches for Ocean Sands guests.
Tennis courts are a 2min walk down private roads or drive and park next to the court.
5 car parking in driveway. No RV's or trailers.

Linens and Towels:
- Per advertised guest: 1 bath towel, hand towel, face towel, and makeup towel.
- Beds will be made prior to arrival, with the exception of the top bunks.
- We provide starter paper towels, toilet paper, dishwasher detergent, and coffee/tea.

Please note: If you have allergies or dislike sea grass, humid climates, flowering shrubs, sea mist, sand, rain, wind, sand crabs, surfers, kayakers, bikers, kids having fun, and dogs....then our place may not be a good fit for you. If not, we welcome you to stay at our house!


Note: We recommend guests purchase travel insurance if traveling during hurricane season.

When booking a reservation you give us permission to use a third-party to screen your identity and check criminal databases to confirm your reservation. Complete terms regarding the guest screening can be provided by the property manager. You may receive an email to complete your screening.
