🚗 Parking, Safety & Notes

• Parking: One unassigned parking space is available in the community lot. A parking pass is provided inside the condo and must be displayed while parked.

• Stairs: Stairs are required at this property.

• Community Amenities: Community amenities are managed by the HOA. Availability, hours, and maintenance schedules may vary. Guests have access to the community hot tub, sauna, clubhouse, and seasonal BBQ area.

• Winter Shuttle: The free Blue Line shuttle stops near the complex and provides service to Canyon Lodge and The Village.

• WiFi & Cell Service: WiFi is provided; however, due to Mammoth Lakes' mountain location, internet speeds, reliability, and cellular service can vary and may occasionally be unavailable.

• Pets: This home is not pet friendly. Evidence of a pet during your stay or after checkout will result in an additional cleaning fee.

• Mountain Operations: Ski resort operations, lift schedules, and terrain availability are managed by Mammoth Mountain and may change due to weather or operational conditions.

• Check-In/Out: Check-in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. Early check-in and late checkout cannot be guaranteed.

• Permit: Town of Mammoth Lakes Certificate TOT-05960-0003.

• Local Construction: Mammoth Lakes is currently experiencing ongoing road work and new development throughout the area. Construction activity and related noise are outside of our control, and refunds will not be issued for disturbances associated with local construction.
