Throughout 2025, the Town of Hilton Head Island will be completing a Beach Renourishment Project to restore erosion of several areas of the beaches.



From Feb. 10 through May 2, 2025 the resort will be undergoing a seal coating project on the roof of the Morning Glory (9400), Live Oak (9500), Sea Oat (9600), and Main Lobby buildings. Please anticipate construction noise during business hours.
