House Rules:
Minimum rental age is 25. Reservations made by guests under 25 will be canceled.
No pets allowed. Violation will result in a $500 fee.
No smoking or vaping in the unit, on balconies, or common areas. Designated smoking areas are available on the resort property.
No parties or events permitted.
No motorcycles, trailers, RVs, oversized vehicles, or golf carts allowed on property.
Maximum occupancy must not be exceeded. Over-occupancy will result in a $200 per person, per night fee.
Daily housekeeping is not included. Additional towels and linens are available for a surcharge.
25% deposit is due at booking. Final payment is due 30 days before arrival.
Signed rental agreement and photo ID are required to confirm your reservation.
Resort building code is required for entry. Parking passes must be displayed in your vehicle at all times.
