Family reunion!

Wonderful place! Has all the amenities just as described and more. Super quiet and close to everything you want to do in Sea Pines. A bathroom for every bedroom was so nice for our family. The community pool was right around the corner. Highly recommend this for a vacation rental.

A banner experience in amazing Sea Pines. One of the best short term rentals we’ve experienced. Clean, well-appointed (nice knives, koozies, insulated cups, games, scissors, etc.). Great layout. Easy check in. (Also no mildew or mold in any rooms which unfortunately has been an issue in other Sea Pines rentals.) Great communications. We’ll be back.

We really enjoyed our stay in this adorable villa! It was stocked with everything that we could have needed! The location was amazing because we were close to everything! We will definitely stay here again in the future! The decor was inviting and embraced the Hilton Head lifestyle!

5 Stars!

This was our 6th stay at Calm Villa and it will always be the only place we return to. The location is wonderful. We find the gated area of Sea Pines to feel so safe and family friendly - so much so that our children (10 & 13) have been able to do the short bike ride up to Harbour Town all on their own. Calm Villa sits 1 mile from Harbour Town and 1 mile from the Sea Pines Beach. This makes it so much fun to ride bikes along the trails in both directions for outings. We rarely use a vehicle when renting bikes. Getting to bike allows us to really take in the scenery and stay active. The owners of Calm Villa always have new updates when we go! This year we got to see all the remodeled bathrooms completed - they are beautiful, spacious and clean. The flooring has been updated throughout making it feel very clean and nice. We find that we're always able to travel with another family. This year we had 2 families, both with 2 adults and 2 kiddos and there is plenty of space for all of us. The beds are comfortable and we always just feel 'at home' in the space. We definitely plan to return! Five Stars!

A Great Experience

We stayed at Calm Villa last week and had a great experience. The villa was comfortable and located within walking distance of several nice shops and restaurants. Additionally, the kitchen was well equipped with plenty of food storage containers, casserole dishes, pots, pans and a griddle that was used every day. We had everything we could need or want in this villa. We would definitely stay again at Calm Villa!

Calm Villas - Excellent Place and Location

The owners have done an excellent job renovating the condo!!! The condo’s location is half way between the beach and Harbour town and there is a small shopping venture across the street with great restaurants. The Villa kitchen is very well stocked, better than others we have stayed in over the years. Very quiet and calm place to releax and overall we had a wonderful week. Thank you very much!!!

Wonderful Returning Stay!

We had an amazing return visit to Calm Villa! It has been the perfect place for our family and friends! The villa is even better then before with its newly updated floors and bathrooms. It gives it a fresh look that makes you feel relaxed and clean after a day at the beach or pool! We love the 3 decks that provide views of the lagoon and magnificent trees! We love the kitchen, large living room and dining area that is open and allows in so much natural light ! The space was perfect for eating together, playing games, watching the World Cup matches , and playing guitar! Calm Villa is in a great location to ride bikes around Sea Pines to the beach, Harbour Town, or explore the beautiful nature of the island and close to just walk to the shops or cafe nearby. Thank you for another wonderful stay!

Perfect Experience

This villa was a 10/10 experience. The villa itself was well maintained, clean, beautiful, peaceful, and had a cozy beach vibe. The location was walking distance to the wellness center, an amazing coffee shop, the bike rentals, and a gas station/convenience store. This was a perfect experience in my eyes.

We will definitely return

Our family of five previously stayed at Calm Villa about five years ago, and we were truly impressed by the upgrades made since then. We especially loved the beautiful new furniture and TVs, as well as the new flooring and fresh paint downstairs. All three bathrooms have been completely remodeled and look fantastic. We also really enjoyed the neighborhood amenities, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We will definitely be returning to Calm Villa in the future! Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Love the Upgrades

This was our second time staying at Calm Villa at Sea Pines. We loved the upgraded bathrooms and flooring since our previous stay. The villa provided the space for our family and adult children to stay comfortably. Everyone had plenty of space. Our son in law took advantage of the office space in the loft for his virtual college course! We loved being able to cook family dinners in the well stocked kitchen. The location of Calm Villa was perfect. We rode bikes to the beach, Harbor Town, and the ruins. We loved being able to walk to pick up coffee and treats at C’est Bon and even to pick up pizza for our last dinner. The proximity to the beach was great. We often rode our rental bikes there and when returning to the villa rinsed off the sand and cooled off in the pool. The decks were perfect for morning coffee and we played many games on the large dining table. This was definitely a sanctuary for us after a busy start to summer and represented its name, Calm, well! We will definitely be returning.

Perfect rental

We were in the area for two weeks and while we normally stay in South Beach, as we did for the first week, we moved to this unit for our last five nights. This was a new area of Sea Pines for us and it was nice to be closer to the gate. The original condo that we booked was unavailable so iTrip moved us to this condo, although we didn’t need a three bedroom. We loved the location, we were able to bike or walk to the beach club and Harbor Town. The walk to the beach club was about 20 minutes, the walk to Harbor Town was 10 minutes. The kitchen was well equipped, the furnishings were lovely and the HOA amenities were wonderful, we loved the tennis court. We loved the loft upstairs and it was perfect for morning coffee and for us to work a little bit when we needed to. Thank you!

Loving Calm Villa

We had a wonderful time at Calm Villa. It's a perfect place to enjoy everything HH has to offer or stay right there and relax. Personally I think Sea Pines is the perfect place to walk or bike and enjoy the beach and many restaurants.

Perfect Accommodations and Location

We are so thankful we got to stay at Calm Villa for our first family trip to HHI. The condo is very nicely appointed, spacious, and the location is perfect - it’s quick walk or bike ride to almost everything. Itrip and the owners are excellent hosts who really want their guests to have an amazing time - which we did. Can’t wait for our next super relaxing visit to Calm Villa!

Wonderful getaway

We had a wonderful getaway at Sea Pines. The house was very well stocked with kitchen items, coffee makers, beach towels and more. Location was great and the everything was perfectly clean.
