🐶 Pet Policy

• $200 flat pet fee for up to 2 dogs under 40 lbs
• No pets allowed on furniture or beds
• All waste must be picked up ($50 cleanup fee if not)
• Dogs must be crated when left alone
• No cats allowed
• Unauthorized pets will incur additional fees

📝 Rental Agreement
A signed rental agreement is required to complete your reservation and will be sent after booking. Failure to return the signed agreement may result in cancellation. A government-issued ID may be required depending on platform.
Rules:
• No parties or events without prior approval
• No smoking indoors ($500 remediation fee applies)

Additional fees may include:
• $50–$200 for early check-in/late checkout (based on hours)
• One night’s rate for check-out past 10 AM
• $150/person/day for exceeding occupancy
• $500 per unauthorized pet
• $500+ for plumbing misuse (flush toilet paper only)
• Additional charges for safety equipment tampering, excess cleaning, illness-related cleaning, missing items or damage beyond the damage waiver
