It is the perfect place to curl up with a good book or stream your favorite show to unwind. Parking is off street, and uncovered. The unfenced backyard features a hundred-year old tree shading a delightful brick patio. There is also a small sitting area in the covered front porch. Each room is equipped with a ceiling fan and dimmable light. The bathroom has been completely remodeled and features a glass walled and tile shower. Sheets, towels, dishes, and basic cookware and utensils are all there for your convenience, including a Keurig K-Cup coffee maker.
