*. We are in a quiet neighborhood. Party or any form of noisy gathering is very very strictly prohibited. Quiet hour after 9pm.

*. This rental includes only the daylight basement. The main and upper floors are not included and may be occupied by the owner. You may hear some noise from upstairs from time to time.

*. The entrance of the unit is in the backyard. There is a small slope and few steps in the backyard. It might be challenging for elderly.
*. Please note that we offer two options to protect both you and the property, ensuring it remains in excellent condition for you and future guests: a non-refundable Damage Waiver for a small fee ($49.5), or a refundable Safety Deposit ($500). As an official partner, these options will be presented to you after booking via our Guest App.
