Diese voll ausgestattete Nichtraucher-Wohnung verfügt über alle Annehmlichkeiten von zu Hause. Queen-Bett im Schlafzimmer, zwei Einzelbetten im 2. Schlafzimmer, Queen-Size-Schlafsofa. Einheiten im dritten Stock haben eine Kathedrale Decke im Wohnzimmer, die das geräumige Gefühl unserer Einheit hinzufügt.

Zu den weiteren Annehmlichkeiten zählen ein Aufzug zu dieser Einheit in der obersten Etage (3. Etage), ein großer Salzwasserpool am Meer und ein angrenzendes Sonnendeck. Drei Grillmöglichkeiten befinden sich direkt neben dem überdachten Deck mit Picknicktischen. Der Komplex verfügt über einen überdachten Parkplatz. Pro Wohneinheit sind zwei Fahrzeuge gestattet. Parkausweise im Mietpreis enthalten. Condo liegt günstig in der Nähe von Golf, State Park, Lebensmittelgeschäften, Discountern, Restaurants, Wasser- / Vergnügungsparks und Fast Food. If you are looking for a condo right on the beach that won’t break the bank this is it!! We are a family of 4 and had plenty of room. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed and the closet with all the beach things was a wonderful bonus! We loved the fact that you are between all the high rise condo complex’s… no fighting for a spot on the beach as this is a smaller condo complex. Tired of the beach, sand or Jellyfish, no worries, head right on over to the pool! Mark was wonderful to work with, answered all of my questions and very responsive! This was our first time to Orange Beach (we normally go to FL) we will definitely be back and stay here again. We had a fabulous trip, but it’s hard to have a bad day when you are at the beach!

Weekend Getaway

Me, my wife and son visited the Orange Beach for two reasons. One was the Kenny Chesney concert at The Wharf and to enjoy the beach. Both were great. The unit was described. A short walk to the beach, less than 5 minutes, and we were ready to enjoy the sand and surf. The unit had a washer and dryer which was great. We did not have pack as many clothes. Great proximity to various different things to do and eat.

Clean and well stocked

First, Beverly and Mark were extraordinarily friendly and helpful. Shortly after we arrived, the issue with the door was fixed. The unit was clean and stocked. The only issue we had was that I don't think the pool circulating system was always on. Bugs in the pool were not always filtered out (eventually they were). I felt that the pool wasn't always clean, and at times the water looked "stagnant". But when the system was turned on, it was great. We saw several small palmetto bugs and one huge bug in the unit, but it seems that this happens every time we stay in the south. If we travel to this area again, we will definitely consider staying here. Our vacation was great!

Not a great experience

This was my first VBRO booking. The property was clean and accurately described in the listing. It was a great location and not very crowded on the beach. However, I would avoid booking with this property owner. I was charged an extra $100 for the following reasons. I’ll let you decided but towels are towels and forgetting the bathroom trash cans happens. Not sure about the sticker unless it came off of something we had purchased as we did not have any other kinds of stickers with us on this trip. The outdoor furniture was cheap as is and was blown over at least twice by wind while we were staying there anyway. As a mother you try really hard to leave things the way you found it but things happen. These people are not very understanding of this so please do not stay if you have kids. Overall This was not worth the “extra” cleaning fee. Below was the description of what I was given “Four items are the issue, towels were piled on floor as requested however those in the 2nd bath are stained. Trash was left in containers in closet and bathrooms. Checkout list indicates all trash needs to be taken to dumpster at front of property. Wooden chair on balcony had some type of sticker? on it that had been partially pulled off removing the finish. It will have to be removed and re-stained. Our cleaning person sent pictures and indicated the place was in such shape that there would be an extra cleaning charge.”

All condos are at least one flight of stairs above ground level. The elevator was not available and We had two elderly and a toddler to negotiate the stairs all our stay.

Wonderful stay

We had an amazing trip! The location of this property is so good! The carts that are provided to help you get your stuff to your condo are the best thing ever. We had a lot of stuff (we cooked almost every meal). The condo was so quiet. If there was any noise at night at all we never heard it! We would rent this condo again!
