Our home comfortably sleeps up to 14 guests across 5 bedrooms:
- Main Level Primary Suite (Bedroom 1): 1 King Bed with a private full bathroom.
- Lower Level (Bedroom 2): 1 King Bed with a lake view.
- Lower Level (Bedroom 3): 1 King Bed with a lake view.
- Lower Level (Bedroom 4): 1 Queen Bed with a lake view.
- Upper Level Bunkhouse (Bedroom 5): 1 Queen Bed, 2 Twin Beds, and 2 Twin-sized Trundles.

Indoor Spaces & Entertainment
- Main Level: Features an open and spacious living, dining, and fully-stocked gourmet kitchen area. Two separate dining tables ensure everyone can eat together. The living room has comfortable seating, stunning lake views, and a gas fireplace.

- Lower Level: The second family room is an entertainment hub with a large TV, another gas fireplace, darts, and a ping pong table. It also includes a convenient kitchenette and walkout access to the backyard and waterfront.

- Family-Friendly Amenities: We provide a Pack ’n play/travel crib and baby safety gate for your convenience.

Outdoor Living & Lake Access
- Decks & Patios: A full house-width deck offers spectacular lake views, with a screened portion for your comfort. The lower-level patio features comfortable seating and cornhole boards.

- Fire Pit: Gather around the fire pit in the evening. A modest amount of complimentary firewood is provided.
Private Dock & Watercraft: Enjoy direct lake access from the private dock and boathouse. Your stay includes the use of two kayaks, a canoe, and a pedal boat. Life jackets and other water toys may be found in the boathouse.

Guest access
Guests will have full and private access to the entire home, including all bedrooms, living areas, the multi-level deck and patio, the private dock, and the boathouse.

For maintenance and owner storage, the following areas are not accessible to guests:
- Garage
- Front yard shed
- Locked supply closets

- Exterior Security Cameras: For your safety and the security of the property, there are two exterior security cameras that overlook the parking area and the backyard to the waterfront/dock. These cameras actively stream and record both audio and video.

- Watercraft Waiver: Use of the provided watercraft (kayaks, canoe, pedal boat) is included with your stay but is subject to a separate waiver that must be signed by the primary booking guest prior to use.
