Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. I am sincerely sorry that your stay fell short of expectations, especially for a special occasion like a sisters' weekend. I take cleanliness very seriously, and I was incredibly disappointed to hear about the state of the home upon your arrival. Please know that I have since parted ways with that cleaning service and have brought on a brand-new team to ensure our high standards are strictly maintained. Regarding our layout, we always want to be as transparent as possible, which is why our listing description and photo captions explicitly note that the upstairs bathroom does not include a shower. However, we will look for ways to make this even more prominent for future guests. I have also updating our communication schedule so booking approvals and check-in codes are sent out much earlier. I greatly appreciate you leaving the salt and pepper for the house, and we thank you again for the feedback that helps us improve. We wish you and your sisters the very best.
