Built in 2022, this studio boasts sleek finishes and a cozy interior that has all of the essentials you need for your stay. Relax on the leather sofa and throw your favorite show on the flat-screen TV. After a day of exploring the island, a King bed awaits for a restful night’s sleep. The bathroom is fully stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and other essentials for your convenience.
The front patio is a miniature tropical oasis, with plants like Birds of Paradise, pink ginger, and Manila Palms. Relax on one of the patio chairs, and take in the serene backdrop of your island retreat.
Studio Nene is conveniently located, just minutes from a 7-mile stretch of pristine, uncrowded beaches. Head to Kaena Point Park nearby, where hiking, ocean sports, and seasonal whale watching (January to March) offer incredible opportunities for outdoor adventure. You’ll also be just a short drive from shopping at Costco in Kapolei and local grocery stores like Tamura Supermarket and Waianae Mall, where you can also visit the farmers' market on Saturdays. For a little adventure, head west on Farrington Highway to discover secluded beaches with fewer crowds, offering a more intimate Hawaiian beach experience. Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.
There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.
