The recent changes to the resort amenities have been disappointing for many guests, and we share those feelings. While these changes were made by the resort and are outside of our control, we strive to communicate them as clearly as possible. At the time of your booking, our property listing included a notice regarding the amenity changes, and the specific access limitations were also outlined in the rental agreement prior to your arrival. We recognize that this change has impacted the overall resort experience, particularly for returning guests who were accustomed to the previous amenities. We continue to work with the TOPS'L Master Homeowners Association to advocate for solutions that will improve the experience for vacation rental guests in the future.
