The Loft is a charming barndominium-style guesthouse near Lake Chickamauga.

The Loft is a stylish and cozy barndominium-style guesthouse built in 2024. It is located behind our home and has a private entrance. The farmhouse decor and open concept will make you feel right at home. We are in a great location in the country, only minutes from key local spots, including Dayton Boat Dock, Spring City Boat Dock, Bryan College, local restaurants, shopping, walking tracks, and hiking. There are food delivery options at this address as well.

-Two bedrooms including one queen bed, one full bed. Luggage racks and full-length mirrors are provided in each bedroom, along with extra pillows, sheets, and blankets. You will also find an iron and ironing board in the closet, along with an oscillating fan.

-Fully functioning kitchen with stove, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker. Dishes and silverware are provided (including some plastic dishes and cups). Basic cookware and utensils are provided, along with some basic spices for cooking. Basic supply of paper towels and garbage bags are provided.

-One bathroom with tiled stand-up shower. Body wash, shampoo, conditioner, towels, and blow dryer are provided, along with a basic supply of toilet paper.

-Washer and dryer are available for your use in the guesthouse. A basic supply of detergent and dyer sheets are provided.

-There is plenty of parking in front of the building with ample parking for boats if needed, along with the ability to charge your boat.

-Please note, there is a flight of stairs to reach the guesthouse. Guests have access to the main entry/foyer leading to the guesthouse, but do not have access to the attached garage or the rest of the building downstairs. The guesthouse has its own locking entry door at the top of the stairs.

-The main entry downstairs is also our entry into the rest of the building, so you may hear us come in that door for that reason. We will do our best not to disturb you. There is a separate key supplied for the apartment door.
