The house has 05 suites, 04 of which face the canal, all with 400-thread-count sheets and air conditioning, a living room, dining room and full kitchen. Its wonderful outdoor area consists of a glassed-in sauna with a canal view, a 90m² resort pool, a whirlpool, a gourmet area with barbecue, a small beach, a private deck for mooring large boats (up to 90 feet) and an ire pit with a glass visor, a beautiful view of the whole house.

IMPORTANT OBSERVATIONS:
Electricity consumption will be charged for seasonal rentals.
A security deposit will be charged and returned within 2 working days of check-out.
Check-in time: from 2pm
Check-out time: up to 12 noon - A LUXOBRASIL.com.br employee or representative will meet the client at the property, at the time previously scheduled, in order to examine the property and receive the keys.

PROPERTY RULES:
NO parties/commemorations/events or pets on the property.
Pets are allowed with prior notice.
The property is limited to 10 (ten) people, including children.
Guests will only be allowed with prior authorization.
The guest holding the reservation assumes responsibility for the actions of other people inside the property during their stay, and is responsible for damaged goods and damage to property occurring during their stay at the property, whether caused by themselves or their guests and companions, such as fines that may occur due to violation of the rules of the property, the law governing the property or the internal regulations of the condominium.
