This cozy cabin is located in the sought after StoneBridge Village where you’ll have access to fantastic onsite amenities, including two seasonal pools, a basketball court, walking trails, and an onsite restaurant. Whether you're here for adventure or relaxation, Cozy Pines Cabin is ready to welcome you home.

This home comfortably sleeps up to 4 guests between a private bedroom and a queen-size sleeper sofa in the living area. The bedroom is located on the second floor and features a king-size bed, Smart TV, and ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower, soaking tub, and pedestal sink. There is a half bathroom on the main level as well!



The open-concept living area has vaulted ceilings and warm wood paneling, creating the perfect cabin ambiance. Curl up by the fireplace, watch a movie on the smart TV, or step onto the spacious screened-in patio to soak in the fresh Ozark air. The fully equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances, warm granite countertops, and both drip and Keurig coffee makers for your convenience. Enjoy meals at the elegant dining table for four or take your dining experience outdoors on the screened-in patio.



THINGS TO NOTE:

- The total price for your reservation will include the accommodation fare, booking fee, cleaning fee, damage waiver, pet fee (if applicable), and applicable taxes.

- This is a walk-up unit with a staircase leading to the front door (approximately 14 steps).

- This home is not pet-friendly. If there is found evidence of an animal presence during your stay or post check-out, you will be charged additional cleaning fees.

- Early Check-ins and Late Check-outs are not permitted without authorization from our local team and payment of fees.

- As of January 1, 2026, there is a $7.00 per night, per vehicle fee to all nightly rental guests paid to the POA when you check in. This is a mandatory fee that the POA Board of Directors has decided to charge. We do not have any control over it and the fee cannot be waived.

- The communal outdoor pools are open seasonally from Memorial Day to Labor Day.

- Pools, hot tubs, and other facilities in the resort are operated by the HOA, and neither Grand Welcome nor the property owners are responsible or liable for any refunds in the event that they are closed for any reason.
