You walk into a home away from home in the heart of New York City most artistic. You can enjoy the condo type amenities that add a modern touch to the exposed bricked walls, wooden floors and high ceilings! Be comfortable with a cup of coffee or a glass of wine on the patio, soak in the sun or watch the snow from inside. Cook and let the dishwasher take care of the mess. Or explore the dozens of great local options !
The space
Private without any sharing at all, the space has its own private patio and backyard in New York's most artistic neighborhood. Located on street level it is equipped with a full kitchen, dishwasher, central air (heat and A/C), smart thermostat, Smart TV with Apple TV, queen size bed with tempurpedic pillows, bathroom with tub...A direct line to Manhattan is around the corner and get you there in 20min!
