This comfortable, sun filled, 2 bedroom apartment is located on the third floor of a three story, 2 family, owner occupied brownstone. Nestled in the heart of historic Brooklyn between Park Slope, Carroll Gardens, and Gowans, just steps from the R/F/G subway lines and vibrant 3rd and 4th Avenue, our home stands as a perfect gateway for exploring Brooklyn and is a fast subway ride to the heart of Manhattan. Enjoy proximity to it all!
The apartment, featuring a private entrance and spans 800 sf. It can accommodate up to 6 guests. It includes a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom with a queen-size over queen-size bunk bed, and a smaller room with a desk, more storage and a twin size bed. There is also a full size pull out sofa in the living room. This is a rail-road style unit- extremely common in Brooklyn town houses- meaning that you walk through the living room to get to both bedrooms and through the larger bedroom to get to the smaller room. The rental also includes a front yard with a seating area. You can see the lower Manhattan sky line from both bedrooms. The rental includes all linens, towels and kitchen items as well as weekly housekeeping. We provide a selection of beverages and snacks as well.
