Guest will need to supply Pellets for the Grill/Smoker. We also provide enough propane for guest to immediately use, any more you will have to resupply.

The living room offers a cozy fireplace and access to the full-length deck, where you’ll find a gas grill and outdoor dining table. Master Bedroom and two other bedrooms featuring extra pillows and blankets. Laundry Room has Washer/Dryer with additional storage that comes equipped with an Iron and Ironing board.

You’ll find a second full kitchen with another refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, and a standalone ice maker – perfect for your boating adventures.
