We had a family and friend get together for Labor Day and the house was perfect. The diving board brought back so much nostalgia and everyone was competing in a cannon ball competition. Great location, great host, wonderful house. We will definitely be staying here again.

Loved the yard for our dog

We loved the yard for our overactive dog. The yard is totally secured with a wall and a fence. Location of the property was close to downtown and lots of restaurants. Primary bedroom and bath were large and quiet. Overall, it was a great property!

Amazing

This house is awesome! Very clean home! We spent the entire time in the backyard. The backyard is everything you want when it comes to a Vacation Rental! Huge pool, grill, outdoor furniture, etc. Great price for Havasu! I will def try to book this place again if it is available next time I'm in Havasu.

According to housekeeper evidently kitchen to patio sliding door was off track will see about fixing sorry that got a 3 star review yes it is older home in best area in Havasu completely renovated with new kitchen and baths dated he says may be that 2 bedrooms share a bath great dual ac and big pool with diving board

Havasu Birthday Getaway

It is a spacious house. It was very comfortable. The backyard is spacious. The pool was fantastic! The owner was in communication with us anytime we had a question. If you are looking for a brand new, updated place to stay, I would say you may not be perfectly happy however it had everything we needed and we were comfortable. Everything worked and we had a wonderful stay. Thank you!

Lacks cleanliness and organization

Joe is a nice guy. We agree with other reviews, he's attentive and accommodating. However, two major issues with the home: 1) The cleanliness was well below average. To remedy this issue, Joe hired cleaners to get the home to a state that was tolerable. The cleaners were apathetic. 2) The home sleeps 9 in beds, not 12 like the listing states. Had to dig through multiple closets to find enough bedding and our guests had to sleep on the floor. The pool and backyard was the redeeming feature for our stay.

I guess if you are on VRBO/Homeaway long enough you get a mediocre review. 1). Scott was very nice, another lady maybe the wife called me and really read me down. She seemed to want a discount for her imagined cleanliness issues. The master shower had a soap streak the maids had missed, the kitchen floor she said was dirty was actually just the natural marks in the new travertine marble floor, unfortunate ...some look like coke and ketchup spills (I have labeled them now). The bed count is clearly marked, there are 5 twins. a queen and a king. People always want to bring kids and we have floor mats. I had the maid service come back and paid them to redo the house. They only charged me $50.00.....full clean is $150 (6 hours at $25). I sent there deposit back immediately. I will adjust the sleep count now (if it is really 12?) on VRBO. Some folks are just difficult...and you do the best you can.... Please read the other reviews and look at the pictures....call me if you have any questions about the home. No where in the listing did it say sleeps 12....I inserted ( every where I could). Kids can carpet camp...but beds for 9.

Beautiful outdoor space

The house was well set up for large family. The landscaping, backyard area, grill and multiple lounge chairs around the pool were great for spending time outside. We were disappointed the pool wasn’t heated when we got there, but we should have confirmed that earlier. We weren’t familiar with when pools are heated in this area. Owner was very helpful.

Owner was fantastic to work with and quick with communication! From the pre-trip coordination, to check-in, to check-out, things were smooth! House and property are great! Lovely Back Yard & Pool

We enjoyed our time in the outdoor area with the large pool and diving board. This was an excellent set up for entertaining guests throughout the week. Very spacious patio with lots of lounge chairs, tables and umbrellas for enjoying pool time with many friends and family. The interior of the house is quite dated and could use some TLC and attention. The owner was quick to reply to numerous problems that arose. There were major inconveniences with air conditioning not working and leaking pipe that caused a carpeted bedroom to flood -- these problems were addressed by the owner, but we still had numerous days with fans/blowers and musty smell. I had hoped the owner would offer partial refund for such major inconveniences. The outside of this home is a wonderful place to entertain and enjoy the pool and beautiful surroundings and that was a plus. The interior proved to be a minus, so I would have to rate the overall experience as average.

This lady had more people than advertised. The house had a plumbing leak in one bedroom that was very expensive to fix on emergency basis. I came over from California to coordinate repair. She rented early and got a hell of a deal. dated…yes an older home with e dry amenity. Maybe she lives in a new spec home…but this is a gorgeous 40 year old estate. Don’t know what she wanted…maybe brand new…but we had 2 service calls on the kitchen side air conditioner. The tech said her guests ran it so cold the AC froze. Her guests caused the problem. Guess it is the deal when they tell you 8 people and when you come by there are 12. Don’t rent to her. Read other reviews. I continually turn down large groups. 8 people max.

The most beautiful and immaculate home , we have ever rented. Joe the home owner was totally awesome and always available if we had any questions. Father's Day Getaway

Joe the owner of this property was absolutely amazing! Was on the phone with my husband at check in explaining where everything was and any information we needed. We had such a phenomenal family getaway for Father's Day weekend. Everyone enjoyed the pool and hot tub. House was big enough for our large family to have plenty of space. Joe and this property...Our favorite in all of Havasu

Joe, the owner and this property are unbelievable. The overall value of this mini Las Vegas resort is awesome...the backyard is amazing, the pool is huge, the separation of the rooms and the floor plan are laid out perfectly for a large family. Joe is hands down the most awesome VRBO property owner in all of Havasu...we are a family of five and our four day vacation was almost ruined after another property we had rented got broken into forcing the owner to cancel our stay last minute....Joe, in the 11th hour came through for us BIG TIME...He made his property available for us on a whim and saved our vacation. We make several 3-4 day runs to Havasu every summer and we will do everything possible to stay at this property each and every time. THANKS AGAIN JOE!
