The fully stocked kitchen has everything you need, including stainless-steel appliances, cookware, and a coffee maker. Gather around the dining table with friends or family to share quality time and delicious homecooked meals. Urban Farmhouse is the perfect spot to unwind and feel at ease while traveling.



This home sleeps 8 guests between 3 private bedrooms and a queen size sleeper sofa in the living area. You’ll find luxurious linens and comfortable farmhouse-inspired furnishings in each room for your ultimate comfort!



Bedroom #1 has a king size bed and smart tv.



Bedroom #2 has a queen size bed and smart tv.



Bedroom #3 has a king size bed, smart tv, and ensuite bathroom with shower/tub combo.



THINGS TO NOTE:

- This is a walk-up unit requiring you to take the stairs with 17 steps to reach the entry door.

- Early Check-In / Late Check Out: These options are based on availability and are NOT INCLUDED in your reservation. Additional fees may apply. Please contact us in advance if you’re interested

- The home has an additional bathroom with shower/tub combo.

- 2 unassigned parking spaces are available.

- Washer and dryer in unit.

- The community pool is open seasonally from Memorial Day through Labor Day.

- Pools, Hot Tubs, or any other facilities in the resort are operated and maintained by the HOA. Grand Welcome nor the property owners are responsible or liable for any refunds in the event that any are closed for any reason.

- The total price for your reservation will include the accommodation fare, booking fee, cleaning fee, damage waiver, pet fee (if applicable), and applicable taxes.
