The Space:

Make the most of your beautiful views in the home’s sunny, enclosed patio with games, a 4-person table perfect for cards, and a cozy sleeper sofa. There’s more living space to enjoy inside where additional couches face a large smart tv and the fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, toaster, and coffee bar is ready for all your cooking at home needs. Dine at the formal dinner table for 6 and be sure to take advantage of resort amenities like the 18-hole golf course.



This home sleeps up to 11 guests between 3 private bedrooms and a queen size sleeper sofa in the enclosed patio.



Bedroom #1 is the primary suite with a king size bed, smart tv, and ensuite bathroom with dual sinks and shower/tub combo.



Bedroom #2 has a queen size bed, smart tv, and ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower.



Bedroom #3 is furnished with 2 sets of bunk beds for a total of 3 twin xl beds and 1 queen bed. The bunk room also has an ensuite bathroom with dual sinks and shower/tub combo.



THINGS TO NOTE:

- 2 parking spaces are provided.

- This is a walk-up unit, with stairs required (16 steps).

- No pool access, for owners use only.

- Washer and dryer in unit.

Please note that requests for late checkout must be received no later than 10:00 AM local time on the day prior to your departure. Early check-in and late checkout are based on availability and require approval, and may be subject to an additional fee of up to $60.00 depending on the number of additional hours requested.
