This 3 bedroom condo has space for everyone and we are ready to host you for a wonderful Branson vacation! Located in StoneBridge Village, the location is ideal! Just minutes from the POOLS and a short drive to SILVER DOLLAR CITY!



The Space:

This beautiful condo is a penthouse suite, located on the top level of the building. Walk right into the OPEN FLOOR PLAN living area and admire the vaulted ceilings and spacious room! The living room couch is plush leather, ready for you to sink into and relax after a day full of travel or Branson adventure. The two living room CHAIRS, AS WELL AS THE COUCH SEATS, RECLINE! So lean back and put your feet up! The kitchen is ready for some cooking with FULLY STOCKED CABINETS! There are pots, pans, cookie sheets, a handheld mixer, a blender, and all the necessities for cooking! Whether it's homecooked, or opting for take out, the dining room table has room for everyone, as well as a great view looking out the back sliding glass doors into a little bit of the Ozarks! Step right out on that SCREENED-IN BACK PORCH if you would rather dine outside or sit out there in the morning as you sip on a cup of coffee. Either way, soaking in the beauty of some Ozark trees can be a vacation all on it's own!



All three bedrooms are on the same level and EACH BEDROOM HAS ITS OWN ATTACHED BATHROOM. Bedroom 1 has a KING BED, extra sitting chairs, and a bathroom with a walk-in shower and separate OVERSIZED JETTED TUB! Bedroom 2 has a QUEEN BED, a closet full of KID'S TOYS, and an attached bathroom with a shower/tub combo. Bedroom 3 is actually a mini-suite all on its own! This oversized room has 2 QUEEN BEDS, a separate mini coffee station, and its own attached bathroom! There are even 2 FOLD-AWAY TWIN BEDS in the master closet that can be pulled out to sleep 2 more people. Room for everyone in this spacious condo!



Guest Access:

No needs for keys! There is a keypad lock on the front door for your convenience! We will send you your code a few days before your stay.



The Neighborhood:

The location is ideal, tucked away in the back of StoneBridge Resort! There are 3 different pools within the StoneBridge Resort, and one of the them is just a short walk down the street. Bring your own pool towels, walk down the street, and soak in the sun around the pool. All StoneBridge pools are outdoor and open seasonally, Memorial Day weekend to Labor Day weekend. The two other resort pools are only a short drive away. One is at the clubhouse, where you can also sign up for a tee time at the LedgeStone golf course (for a fee) or choose to dine at the clubhouse restaurant Ledgestone Grill. The third pool is zero entry and sits by Forest Lake, a large pond inside StoneBridge, with a beautiful view! The pond also offers catch and release fishing, so just bring your poles (no fishing license required)! Several of the other StoneBridge amenities are in this same location by Forest Lake, where there is also a sand volleyball court, half basketball court, playground, and walking trail around the pond.



Getting Around:

Head out to enjoy all that the city of Branson has to offer! One of the biggest attractions is Silver Dollar City, an 1880's themed amusement park with amazing roller coasters, live shows, cave tours, and a multitude of craftsmen who offer live demonstrations on welding, glass blowing, candy making, wood carving, and so much more! Don't forget to try one of the delicious funnel cakes before you leave! The entrance to Silver Dollar City is conveniently located just one mile from the StoneBridge Village entrance!



The HWY 76 Strip, Branson's entertainment district, is located just 15 minutes away! Explore the wonder of the Wax Museum, Ripley's Believe It or Not, WonderWorks science museum, or the Aquarium at the Boardwalk! You could choose to go up on the Ferris wheel (brought in from Chicago's Navy Pier) or experience one of the many Branson shows! Outlet shopping at the Tanger Outlet Mall, antiquing, go-carting, and mini-golf are other favorites and everyone should experience Andy's Frozen Custard after a delicious dinner of local barbeque at Gettin' Basted or Danna's!



The Branson Landing offers another plethora of activities! There are a multitude of great restaurants including Saltgrass for a great steak or The Fish House sitting right on Lake Taneycomo! Walk through Bass Pro Shop, the gold standard for any type of outdoor gear, let the kids feed the ducks down by the water, or enjoy the fire and water show on the hour each evening!



AND... don't forget about Table Rock Lake! With Indian Point Marina only 15 minutes from the cabin, renting a boat or jet skis should be high on your list to experience the beauty of the Ozarks from the water! Several places around town also offer canoeing, kayaking, paddle boarding, or even fishing tours! There will be no shortage of things to do when you come experience the vacation life in Branson, Missouri!

BOAT RENTAL OR STORAGE!

Indian Point Marina is just 15 minutes away and offers a variety of boat rentals if you want to spend a day out on the lake! The State Park Marina is only 20 minutes away and would be another great option! If you are bringing a boat with you, both marinas are available for you to set up plans for easy storage, as trailers and boats are not permitted to be stored on Stonebridge's property.



STONEBRIDGE CAR FEE NOTICE!

StoneBridge has implemented a $7 charge per vehicle per night that will need to be paid at the gate upon entering the resort. We are so sorry for any inconvenience this may cause. We did our best to prevent this from being put in place. Please let me know if you have any questions or concerns, otherwise, we look forward to hosting you soon!



CANNABIS AND ILLEGAL SUBSTANCE POLICY: Usage of cannabis (marijuana) and any other federally prohibited drug is not allowed on or near the home, property, or premises. Further, any / all guest(s) may not engage in any illegal drug-related activity, including but not limited to recreational or medical cannabis on or near the home, property, or premises. We reserve the right to immediately terminate the stay if any guest(s) engage in such activities. If this policy is violated, the guest who booked the stay acknowledges and agrees he or she is subject to an immediate fine of $1000 USD, along with any property damages, and eviction. Guests forfeits their stay and will not be permitted to return to the property if there is any evidence of cannabis use on the premises.



Interaction with Guests:

We want to give you your own space and privacy, so we have keyless entry and you will be able to check yourselves in on the day of your arrival. But we do live here Branson and will be available for anything that you may need!
