- Bedroom #2 has a king-size bed, tv, and ensuite bathroom with a shower/tub combo.

- The total price for your reservation will include the accommodation fare, booking fee, cleaning fee, damage waiver, pet fee (if applicable), and applicable taxes.

- Early Check-ins and Late Check-outs are not permitted without authorization from our local team and payment of fees.

- Outdoor community pools are open seasonally from Memorial Day through Labor Day.

- The indoor pool is not associated with this HOA. Indoor pool is NOT available.

- Pools, hot tubs, and other facilities in the resort are operated by the HOA, and neither Grand Welcome nor the property owners are responsible or liable for any refunds in the event that they are closed for any reason.
