The connected kitchen is fully equipped with glossy black countertops, stainless-steel appliances, toaster, and coffee maker, ready for your resident chef to prepare a home-cooked meal. Utilize the roomy counterspace to serve afternoon hors d’oeuvres or for casual dining at the available seating for 4. Family games or a more formal meal can be had at the dining room table just behind the living room, seating an additional 4.



This studio home comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests between 3 private bedrooms.

- Bedroom #3 includes a king-size bed, smart TV, and ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity and walk-in shower. This room also includes direct access to the home’s balcony.



The home also includes a 2nd bathroom with a dual vanity and shower/tub combo.



THINGS TO NOTE:

- This is a walk-up unit with 54 stair steps to the entrance. An elevator is available for guest convenience.

- Parking is available in the parking lot for up to 2 vehicles on a first-come, first-served basis.

- Early Check-In / Late Check Out: These options are based on availability and are NOT INCLUDED in your reservation. Additional fees may apply. Please contact us in advance if you’re interested.

- Washer and dryer in unit.

- No boat slip included.

- Community hot tub is not functioning at this time.

- The communal outdoor pool is open seasonally from Memorial Day to Labor Day.

- Pools, hot tubs, and other facilities in the resort are operated by the HOA, and neither Grand Welcome nor the property owners are responsible or liable for any refunds in the event that they are closed for any reason.

- This home is not pet-friendly. If there is found evidence of an animal presence during your stay or post check-out, you will be charged additional cleaning fees.



This ideal location puts you within 10 minutes from downtown Branson where you are likely to stumble onto a live music festival, eclectic eateries, trendy boutiques, and local wineries among the more famed attractions of Branson like Dolly Parton’s Stampede, Pirate Cove Adventure Golf, Bigfoot Fun Park, and the Titanic Museum. We recommend taking plenty of time to explore the area by walking, hopping on a bike, or using the free downtown trolley.

The stunning Table Rock Lake is known for world-class fishing, water sports, boating, swimming, and its inviting family atmosphere. At the 362-acre nature preserve, enjoy rolling green glades, hiking trails, and scenic landscapes.
