Renee we are beyond disappointed with how you treated our property and the way you’ve handled this situation. From the start, we provided clear details about the space—including the fact that the house does not have an elevator. You were fully aware of this before booking, yet you still chose to stay and then tried to use it as an excuse to demand a discount. Not only did you ignore our house rules, but the state you left the property in was completely unacceptable. The extensive cleaning and damage we had to deal with after your stay show a total lack of respect for our space, our time, and our livelihood. Leaving a misleading review in an attempt to harm our business just because we wouldn’t cater to unfair demands is not okay. We work hard to provide a clean, comfortable, and well-managed stay for responsible guests who appreciate the effort we put in. Fortunately, the vast majority of our guests do, and we’ll continue welcoming those who respect both the property and the people behind it.
