*Please be aware the unit is in the state of New Jersey near a wooded area there may be pests like ants, flies, beetles, or other bugs. We hire professional pest control to take care of this.

*IMPORTANT: For last minute bookings we may ask you for a copy of your ID, sign a rental agreement, and require a hold on your credit card of up to $250. We DO NOT charge your card it is just a hold for any incidentals that may occur. (This is a standard practice at most hotels such as Hilton, Marriott, Holiday Inn, etc.)
