Welcome to your new home away from home in Puerto Vallarta!
Our fabulous unit is located on the 3rd floor and is a two bedroom two bathroom unit perfect for a family looking to be in the best location in town. Rooms are set up suite style to give each group their own privacy. The front room has a king size bed, and the back bedroom has two double beds.
The unit comes fully equipped with everything you could need for your stay including items to prepare meals at home, as well as towels and linens, purified water, and maid service is three times a week. You'll spend hours on the balcony with a gentle breeze enjoying the sights and sounds of Vallarta.
Plazamar is a privately owned and operated 33 unit condo complex located in the heart of the Romantic Zone in Old Town Puerto Vallarta. This unit is new to VRBO but not new to rentals and we are happy to share previous reviews! We also manage other units in the building.
Why our location can't be beat:
*Only a few steps from the famous Los Muertos beach!
*A minutes walk to dozens of fantastic restaurants and galleries.
*Located right on a gorgeous park plaza with a great weekly Farmer's Market.
*5 Minute Walk to Los Muertos Pier.
The building is gated and private for your safety and to take you away from the hustle and bustle of the outside world. There is a receptionist on site 24 hours a day as well as a full-time building administrator and maintenance staff to take care of any needs you may have during your stay. enjoy a relaxing lobby area and atrium garden, a rooftop pool, grilling area, as well as a game room, and laundry. The views from above are sure to take your breath away! Unfortunately, due to our strict HOA bylaws, no animals of any kind will be permitted to enter the property. You will be turned away at the front desk and not refunded.
The area that surrounds this condo is a true treasure of Mexico, nestled below the jungle hillsides with its cobblestone streets, picturesque beaches, and phenomenal views. As the city has grown, it has maintained its friendly personality and rustic feel, and you will always feel safe and welcomed.
