Welcome to your Sea Ranch retreat! This 3-bedroom house sleeps up to 6 and features calming sea views, a private hot tub, and easy access to trails, beaches, and Sea Ranch recreation centers.



The Space:

The main living areas are made for unwinding—play board games, cue up a movie on the DVD player, or turn on the stereo for a laid-back evening. Step outside to the enclosed deck for a soak in the private hot tub, then gather around the outdoor seating or fire up the BBQ grill for dinner. A garden/backyard adds a touch of greenery and space to enjoy the fresh ocean air.



The primary bedroom includes a TV with streaming and DVD, plus a desk if you need to check in with work. You’ll also have convenient touches like an onsite EV charger to keep your adventures going, and access to Sea Ranch’s communal pools and tennis courts when you want to get active.

• Bedroom 2: Queen bed, sleeps 2; shares nearby hall bath

• Bedroom 3: Two Twin beds, sleeps 2; shares nearby hall bath

Bathrooms:

• Bathroom 1 (Ensuite to Primary): Walk-in shower and large vanity

• Bathroom 2 (Hall): Standalone shower and vanity

• Bathroom 3 (Separate “salle de bain”): Full tub with overhead shower





Important Things to Note

• Parking: Maximum of 2 cars. Sea Ranch does not allow overnight street parking. No RVs, trailers, or mobile homes are allowed.

• Sea Ranch amenities: Guest access is available to the community’s recreation centers (outdoor pools, tennis courts, and more). Facility reservations for pool and tennis are made via the Sea Ranch Association website. • Amenities vary by center.

• WiFi and cell service: Due to the remote coastal location, speed and reliability can vary and are not guaranteed.

• Stairs: Stairs are required in this home.

• Pets: This home is not pet friendly.

• Check in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. We cannot guarantee or approve early check in or late checkout requests in advance.

• We recommend considering travel insurance, just in case any unexpected changes come up. We do stick to our cancellation policy and want to make sure you're covered!

• We provide bedding, towels and a small starter set of essentials to help get you settled. Feel free to message us for details on what’s included.

• Salt, pepper, and cooking oil are not provided unless otherwise noted.
