The space:
Enjoy luxury living in this newly renovated building in Milwaukee`s financial district. The historic architecture maintains charm throughout the interior and exterior spaces while the apartment features high end amenities such as granite countertops, beautiful hardwood floors, and in-unit washer and dryer.

The space comfortably sleeps eight with a queen bed in each of the two bedrooms and two sofa beds in the living room. The sofa beds conveniently pull out into queen size beds, and extra pillows and sheets are stocked in the closet. The 2nd sofa in the living room does not have a pull-out bed but may accommodate a 9th guest for those willing to sleep on top of the couch.

Smart TV with Airplay, self check-in, high-speed Wifi, dedicated workspace, dining table, and in-unit laundry

Location:
- All within two blocks: Third Ward neighborhood, Riverside Theater, Milwaukee Public Market, the Riverwalk, Anodyne Coffee, and countless restaurants and bars

Parking:
- Reserved parking is not included in this listing. For reserved parking, the 500 N Broadway Lot and Huron Garage are the two closest options
- Metered street parking is often available throughout the neighborhood and 2-hour time limits apply from 8am-6pm Mon-Fri and 8am-6pm Saturday.
- Loading zones are often available directly outside the building

- We have a zero-tolerance policy for parties or gatherings. Please review our House Rules before booking as we reserve the right to end your stay without refund if House Rules are violated
- Maximum overnight guest count is stated on the listing. Any variations must be approved by us in advance
- We`re aware that the painted walls in the bathroom have some visible streaks and we`re actively in the process of working with management to get it resolved in a timely manner, but it is merely cosmetic and should not impact your stay
- It`s important to handle the keys carefully as the apartment door locks automatically, copies are very difficult to obtain, and fees of $180 will be incurred for lockouts and for each set of lost keys
- The bedroom has roller shades, however guests can expect some morning light to filter through the windows. For most people this won`t be a problem but light sleepers may want to bring an eye mask

Early check-in:
- We can accommodate a 1pm early check-in for a $20 fee
- Repeat guests enjoy free early check-in
- All requests are subject to availability

Requirements:
- Complete ID verification, agree to House Rules, and pay $200 refundable security deposit

House rules:
1. Ages 21+ to book.
2. Authorized guests only, and no booking on behalf of others.
3. No parties, gatherings, or commercial uses.
4. No smoking of any kind anywhere on the premises including outdoor spaces (minimum $500 fine will be assessed and additional fees for remediation may apply).
5. Quiet time after 10pm.
6. Guests must cover the cost to replace unreturned access devices such as keys, key cards, fobs, or parking passes.
7. Rental agreement is required for all stays of 28+ days, all direct bookings, all bookings on Vrbo, Homeaway, Expedia, or related subsidiaries or affiliates, and otherwise at our sole discretion.
8. Guests take full responsibility for loss, injury, or damages that occur on the premises and its facilities.
9. Lockouts will result in a $180 fee per occurrence.
10. Bookings by local guests are prohibited at this property. Please contact us with any questions.
*Booking a reservation constitutes an agreement to comply with the House Rules. Guests who violate these rules are liable for any associated damages, fees, or expenses and may be removed from the property without refund.

Non-refundable fees:
- All refunds are net of 4% processing fees. Rather than charging upfront service fees, we charge a 4% processing fee for any refunds we issue in order to cover costs we incur as a small business

Fun baseball watching trip

Great location next to the Old 3rd ward. Easy walking distance to restaurants and bars. Felt very safe and walked everywhere. Perfect for our 3 day trip to see baseball at American Family field.

Excellent stay in a great location

This penthouse unit is clean, comfortable and very cool - a delightful place to return to after enjoying all that Milwaukee has to offer. The skylight affords a unique view of the historic building across the street, especially at night. Very walkable to boutiques and restaurants in the Historic Third Ward. Beds were very comfortable. Host was responsive Be sure to stop in at Historic Milwaukee, Inc., located next door, for information on walking tours. We would definitely stay in this unit again.
