Stay connected with WiFi and a laptop-friendly workspace—great for a quick email check or planning your day’s adventures. Step outside to enjoy the shared backyard, a pleasant spot for a morning coffee before heading out. Street parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis.



This is a straightforward, no-fuss home base in a fantastic location—ideal for couples, solo travelers, and anyone focused on exploring the city.

• Sleeping: Open studio with 1 queen bed (sleeps 2)

• Bathroom 1: Full bathroom with single vanity and shower/tub combo (hall access within the studio)





Important Things to Note

• Laundry: This home does not offer laundry facilities.

• Parking: Street parking only, first come, first served. Other parking areas on the property are reserved for guests of the other units.

• Shared space: This unit shares a backyard with the main house on the property.

• Pet policy: We’re happy to welcome your furry friends! 2 pets are allowed per stay. An additional fee of $75 per pet applies. If you are provided the option, please include your pet(s) in the guest count at booking. If this is not an option, please reach out to our Guest Experience team prior to your stay to add your pet(s) and ensure the fee is processed. Dogs only; cats are not permitted. Pets must be fully vaccinated, house-trained, non-aggressive, and kept off furniture.

• Check in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. We cannot guarantee or approve early check in or late checkout requests in advance.

• We recommend considering travel insurance, just in case any unexpected changes come up. We do stick to our cancellation policy and want to make sure you're covered!

• We provide bedding, towels and a small starter set of essentials to help get you settled. Feel free to message us for details on what’s included.

• Salt, pepper, and cooking oil are not provided unless otherwise noted.
