1. There is ONE (1) reserved parking spot for your stay. It is numbered and located to the right of the property when facing it.
2. You may use the other two unreserved/unmarked parking spots in the neighborhood on a first-come, first-served basis.
3. These spaces cannot be saved or reserved.
Parking is only permitted in the designated spots listed above. Parking in common areas such as the driveway, in front of units, or on the grass is prohibited.
4. No parking or placement of motorcycles, recreational vehicles, commercial vehicles, boats, trailers, unlicensed, or inoperable vehicles in common areas, parking areas, or driveways.
All vehicles are subject to towing at the owner’s expense.
5. Golf carts may not be parked in common areas or parking spots. They must be stored and parked in the unit's garage.
☀ Golf Cart: We Have A Golf Cart Available For Rental For A Fee Of $225. To Ensure Transparency, We Take Pictures Of The Golf Cart Before Each Guest's Use, And We Highly Recommend That You Do The Same.
☀ If You Bring More Guests Than Are Reflected on Your Reservation, You May Be Asked to Leave Without a Refund.
☀ There is a $250 Pet Fee For Up to Two Pets.
☀ An Additional Fee Will Be Charged To Your Reservation If Pet Droppings Are Left Inside Or Outside.
☀ No Large Gatherings Or Events Over Occupancy Are Allowed Unless Discussed And Approved Prior To Booking With Your Host. You May Be Subject To Additional Event Fees And Security Deposits.
