Watercrest. This unit offers vaulted ceiling living areas, floor to ceiling windows and a beautiful balcony to take in the breathtaking gulf view of emerald waters, sugar sand, and year round sunsets. The top floor is secured with restricted elevator access and has a semi private pool.
Dancing Dolphins fully stocked kitchens for those who love to cook and entertain. Kitchen has a coffee center with both multi-cup and Keurig single cup stations. There dining room with ocean views. . The gulf front balconies offer chaise loungers, bistro table seating for
morning coffee with the dolphins or evening beverages while watching the days sunset. Sliding glass doors give you direct balcony access from living rooms, dining areas, and bedrooms. Watch a movie or the game on one of the large screen TV’s in the vaulted living room, or just enjoy a family activity in front of the fireplaces. All of the ocean facing windows are floorto-ceiling windows, and have motorized shades to dim out the sun. The bedrooms offer roomdarkening shades for sleeping in on those vacation mornings.
Dancing Dolphins has 5 bedrooms and sleeps 13. There are 3 king beds, 2 with en-suite bathrooms. 2
queen bedrooms, 1 with en-suite bathroom. The other sleeping queen sleeping roomoffers a murphy
bed overlooking the pool. The sofa sleeper couch pulls out to a queen mattress and there is a single
foldable chair sleeper available. There are two complete laundry centers for multi-family use.
The heated private swimming pool on this floor is shared with only (2) other units. There are additional
lounge chairs for sunning and plenty of seating around the pool.
Complimentary Beach Service included Mar 1 to Oct 31, 2024 (2 sets of complimentary beach service = 4
chairs and 2 umbrellas). Ample parking is provided on site, including 2 designated spaces in the covered
parking area. Watercrest Luxury Condos are located directly on the beach and in addition to the
penthouse level pool, features a ground floor, heated swimming pool, children`s pool, hot tub, snack bar
and a large sun deck with plenty of chaise lounges for sunning or watching the kids. Pool deck offers
easy ramp or stair access to the beach where the chair service is located. Here you can take advantage
of optional activities such as parasailing, jet skis, banana boat rides or an evening bonfire. Don’t miss the
workout room on the second floor that offers state of the art exercise equipment or visit either of the
separate tennis and pickleball courts.
Watercrest also offers a community room available for rent that will accommodate up to 60 people for
