The Hillwood Nest is a stylish home with retro accents and colorful furnishings. You'll be a short 15 minute Uber ride away from the heart of Nashville. Explore Music Row and learn about Nashville's entertainment industry or check out one of the numerous museums in Downtown Nashville. Don't forget to dine out at the local restaurants and breweries that the city has to offer!

The Space:
The living room is furnished with colorful furniture around a Smart TV (Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, etc). Right behind the sofa is a dining table for 4. The kitchen is great for cooking homemade meals and is equipped with a blender, toaster, Keurig coffee maker and more. Don't forget a hearty breakfast before exploring the town!

There is a Queen bedroom with another Smart TV and a full bathroom with a walk in shower. There is one parking spot provided.

If you are bringing a pet, please note that the pet fee is not included in the total price. An additional flat fee of $150 applies, and a maximum of 2 pets are allowed in the unit. If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to contact us.

There is a private washer and dryer available for guest use.
