Family owned Duplex located in a beautiful, safe, and historic neighborhood. {Chatham-Arch neighborhood}

This duplex was built in 1900 and still has a lot of the original features. WE DO NOT HAVE HAND RAILS GOING UP/DOWN THE STAIRS for those that need extra assistance.
----
We are located right along Mass Ave and Bottleworks. Very walkable to grocery, coffee, food and more. Murat Theatre is walkable. Gainbridge, Lucas Oil, and convention center is a short Uber ride away. The Childrens Museum and Zoo are both a short drive away. The Monon (long walk/run/bike trail) is just down the street along with a kids park. There is a small splash pad within walking distance or drive for those with kiddos.

Our family loves traveling and has put A LOT of love into this home for others to enjoy while away from their own home. We are happy to help with any planning or recommendations you may need.

This is a private space that has a lot of to offer. The Main floor has a Master bedroom with a queen bed with attached full bath, den with a queen bed, kitchen, pool table, living room and more. There is a basement that has been recently finished and it has a bedroom with a queen bed , full bath, laundry room, and another living room space. ****PARKING- free street parking out front. East side of road is permit parking only, which we have inside for you. West side of the road is available but can fill up quickly on weekends. Street parking can fill up fast on nice evenings and can be limited. We have a small lot you can park ONE car in that requires you to walk around as you have no access to the backyard. This spot is located in the back alley.

If you we ever have a need to stay in Indianapolis again, we would not hesitate to rebook this home. It’s well equipped, extremely clean and very comfortable. And we were right in the downtown area where the venue was walkable from our place. Couldn’t have been more perfect! Came to town for a Fever game. Great proximity to Gainbridge and restaurants and bars within walking distance. Only thing that would’ve been nice was a handrail up steps to porch and downstairs to basement for better access. Sister are 73, 67, and 61 so not young chicks anymore lol.

We had a wonderful stay at this property in Indianapolis! The house was cute, very clean, and well-stocked with everything we needed. The layout was great, and the main bedroom was especially big and spacious. Our group enjoyed playing pool together, and the rain showers were such a nice touch.The location couldn’t have been better, just a short walk to The Garage and all the amazing restaurants and nightlife on Mass Ave. This was the perfect spot for our friends' trip, and we’d definitely stay here again!

The house was beautiful, great location! Easy to drive in or take a scooter into downtown. Restaurants near by.We had 6 people -- it was super comfortable, with a full kitchen that we made good use of. The rooms were spacious and all the furniture was super comfortable. The NICEST place to stay!

The property was clean and very well stocked in addition to being beautiful and well located. The pool table was a huge hit with the whole family. We're from Florida so my kids LOVED being in the basement! With a living room, bathroom and bedroom, the basement was a great hang out spot. It was a 4 minute walk through a lovely neighborhood to The Garage Food Hall - full of great dinner options. We would 100% stay here again!

Weekend Getaway

We so enjoyed staying for a weekend getaway! The house is so close to everything and we loved the setup! The big table in the kitchen was perfect for hanging out and playing cards, the beds were comfortable, and it was easy to make yourself at home! Great to be within walking distance to The Bottleworks because parking there on a Saturday night is tough!

Such a charming neighborhood with amazing neighbors. You can walk to Mass Ave or Bottleworks for all different types of coffee and cuisines. With us being in such a great spot, the only downfall is if you have multiple cars, street parking can get busy in the evenings.
