We were very surprised and disappointed to see this guest left only 2 out of 10 stars without providing any comments, so it is unclear why they chose such a low rating. We were in communication with them throughout their stay, yet no problems or concerns were ever brought to our attention. We pride ourselves on being responsive and would have gladly addressed anything raised in real time. It's also important to note that several of our house rules which there are not many, were not followed during this visit. These guidelines are clearly outlined to protect our home and ensure a positive experience for all guests. While we regret that this guest chose to leave a low score without explanation or communication, we are grateful that our many other positive reviews reflect the care, cleanliness, and thoughtful touches we put into our home.
