The main living areas offer space to relax after a day on the trails, and you’ll have WiFi to stay connected. Fire up the BBQ grill for casual meals outdoors, and take advantage of the in-unit washer and dryer to keep gear fresh for tomorrow’s adventures. The primary suite includes a smart TV for winding down at night. Entry is walk-in at ground level, with stairs inside the townhouse.

• Parking: One parking space is provided in the onsite lot.

• Entry & Stairs: This is a walk-in unit with ground-level entry; stairs are required inside the townhouse.

• WiFi: WiFi is provided; however, due to our rural mountain location and areawide infrastructure in Breckenridge, speed and reliability can vary and are not guaranteed.

• Pet Policy: No pets are allowed at this property.

• Check in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. We cannot guarantee or approve early check in or late checkout requests in advance.

• We recommend considering travel insurance, just in case any unexpected changes come up. We do stick to our cancellation policy and want to make sure you're covered!

• We provide bedding, towels and a small starter set of essentials to help get you settled. Feel free to message us for details on what’s included.

• Salt, pepper, and cooking oil are not provided unless otherwise noted.
