Wonderful vacation rental. The house had everything we needed for a nice, relaxing vacation. Michael was a great host. He provided suggestions of places to see while in Wilmington and was able to accommodate our request for an earlier check-in. We would definitely look to stay again if we return to the area.

We stayed at this property for one month and thoroughly enjoyed the home and Wilmington. Michael was the best host that I’ve ever had…he communicated with me in advance of our stay and offered many suggestions of things to do in the area, he accommodated an early check in, and he checked in with me several times during our stay to ensure everything met our expectations. The house was wonderful and had everything we needed for a one month stay. The location was perfect for us given proximity to downtown and other neighborhoods. We will definitely return!

This house was perfect for me and my husband, our dachshund and our golden retriever. The location was super close to all the things, and the house was one of the best rentals I’ve stayed in lately. The house was clean, comfortable, open and dog friendly. The master bedroom and bath was awesome, and the other bedroom and bath we didn’t use, but would have been great if we were traveling with friends. The house had everything you need, and the patio was truly amazing. I would stay here again for sure. Michael was a communicative and very pleasant host. Truly one of the best rental experiences we’ve had in a long time.

The house was perfect and Michael was a wonderful host. If we're ever in Wilmington again we'll definitely stay here. Kitchen had everything we needed for the week we were there. The grill was perfect and the outdoor space was relaxing and perfect for the 4 of us to chill and enjoy the cool nights.

We had such a great stay here! The location is perfect, it’s close by to so many spots both walking and driving distance. The house was really clean and had everything we needed. The backyard fire pit was such a great plus! Perfect way to end our nights. The host was by far the best host we have had, he was so kind and had great recommendations! He was also checking in on us throughout our stay. Definitely recommend staying here!

Our host Michael was wonderful and accommodating! I have never had a host call before and let me know our home was ready and anything we needed, let him know. He was responsive and appreciative of feedback as well. The place was clean and lovely with all the amenities inside and out! A nice touch of having charging cables near the beds and couches was appreciated as well as live greenery. Would definitely stay again.

My business partner and I stayed at Urban Oasis while in Wilmington for a conference. Our host was very flexible and accommodated an earlier check-in for us to sit on the back porch and work. He was vey thoughtful and even made recommendations of where to eat before arriving. We loved the atmosphere of the home and convenience of location. I hope to stay here again next time I am in town.

We absolutely loved our stay at Michael’s place. Before we even checked in, I knew we were in good hands and in for a treat. The property was gorgeous and very spacious. The beds and couches were comfortable and the outside sitting area was a lovely bonus, especially with the good weather we got. The house was stocked with everything you could need and we were especially grateful for the extra coffee and muffins Michael dropped off at the beginning of our stay. Michael truly provided 5 star service to us our entire stay and made sure we had everything we needed and were comfortable. We can’t wait to come back to Wilmington and stay at this property again!

Overall a good place and comfortable stay. The property manager was very friendly and responsive. The property was comfortable and located in a central area (in the midst of gentrification). The only negative was the floor needed to be cleaned.

Nicole, I'm truly sad that you only had a four star experience. I strive to make sure that each guest has the best experience as possible. I'm not sure how the floors got dirty before you arrived. A video of the entire property is recorded before each guest checks in. In the video, I can see that the floor is still wet from being cleaned. I wish that you told me that the floors were dirty when I asked if everything was meeting y'all's expectations; I would have loved to correct it if I had the chance.

Michael was a fabulous host and stayed in constant touch including calling us when we arrived at the airport to make sure our travels were going well. He also stocked the fridge with an adult beverage of our choice. I really can’t say enough good things about him and how active he was in insuring that all our needs were met or exceeded!

We really enjoyed our stay in Michael’s beautiful house! The house was very clean, cozy, comfortable and tastefully decorated with love! The kitchen was fully stocked with all the essentials. We loved the outdoor patio area; the fire pit, various seating options, and overall design were very nice and relaxing. Location was great and quiet and close to downtown. Michael was a super host, very friendly, kind and sweet! These days it’s very rare to meet someone with such a great personality, who cares so much about his guests.
