The apartment is spacious and clean and I would stay there again; however, there are 4 narrow flights of stairs and no elevator to get to the apartment. This is important to be aware of in case you have anyone disabled or elderly as part of your party, or if you have large items like a baby stroller. Additionally, one note is that the host does not automatically share the entry code. The host also kindly accommodated early check-in for us. However, we had to message them requesting it as it wasn’t shared with us and they ultimately shared it with us 30 mins before the time we had scheduled to check-in. It would have given us some more peace of mind to have the check in information at least the day before.

Regarding the access code, I sincerely apologize for any confusion that may have caused but please know that I notify all my guests 2 days prior to their check in date that the door access code will be sent out to them a few hours prior to their check in time. However, you requested for an early check in time to which we eagerly accomodated at no cost to you and the code was immediately provided to you upon your early check in request. Great Place in Baltimore

This is a great place to stay for a group of adults or family. Large open concept made it so easy for everyone to be together. The large windows and high ceilings were fabulous. The bedrooms and bedding were great. Large washer and dryer and everything we could have asked for. Delz was quick to respond with any questions and so nice. This is the perfect place in the perfect location.

Stayed 5 days. Great communication with Delz. Property was clean and updated. Parking was not a problem. Remember when booking this place is on the 4th floor, no elevators. Would stay again. Thank you!

Excellent place. Felix very helpful, quick response. It is a new place so everything was in great shape. Lots of fancy electronic gadgets which at times I needed help with. Felix answered me right away. The beds were comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay.
