Upon entering on the first floor, one is greeted by a spacious living room, equipped with a guest WC and two separate seating areas for entertainment and relaxation.



The sleeping area comprises two bedrooms sharing a bathroom with bath and shower. The first bedroom features a king-size bed, closet, desk and American TV, combining comfort and convenience. The adjacent bedroom offers two single beds, perfect for a family or close friends. On the other side of the living room, the third bedroom, although smaller, benefits from direct access to the terrace, ideal for enjoying the outdoors. A bathroom with shower is in the same hallway.



Ascending to the upper floor, we discover the spacious master bedroom, with its own bathroom equipped with shower and bathtub, an American TV, a large dressing room and windows on both sides, flooding the room with natural light. The elongated terrace offers stunning views and an intimate setting with private loungers and a coffee table.
