Namaste Beach Bungalow - 1 Bedroom and a Loft is a beautiful, cozy, private accommodation. It is the perfect home for solo travelers, couples or a small family of 4. This is one of the best locations in Playa Guiones; walking distance to the beach, Bodhi Tree Yoga Resort, various surf schools, restaurants and organic markets.
ON THE INSIDE
This home features a cozy living room and dining area, with a sliding wall to allow for some separation between the rest of the house. The kitchen is fully stocked with up-to-date appliances. There’s a main floor bedroom with a queen bed and a loft with a queen bed. Please note that there is an AC in the loft, but during the day, the loft can get a bit warm. Both the bedroom, loft and living room have A/C units. The house receives an abundance of natural light.

Our Bungalow features a glass enclosed patio to allow viewing pleasure of daily activities. One can feel like their in the jungle while being protected sipping their morning coffee, tea or one can enjoy the silence. For those who LOVE the beach, we're steps from Playa Guiones and for Yoga lovers, minutes from Bodhi Tree Yoga Resort and Nexus Institute Yoga & Wellness. The home has been renovated with an outside shower, reliable high speed 100mb WiFi, cable TV, 46 inch Led smart/TV in the master bedroom and a 32 inch Led smart/cabe TV, upstairs located in loft area. We also have a potable water tank to ensure plenty of water during peak times. Nosara is known to turn off water during high season to allow aquifer to refill. Our home is kept exceptionally clean, plus we offer a well equipped kitchen with appliances and kitchen accessories. Our home also features local craftsmanship, wood pieces throughout. You’ll be able to feel comfortable in the jungle yet, close to the beach.
We offer weekly cleaning services for stays of 6 days or more.
QUIRKS OF THE HOME

Because of the nature of the stairs we cannot welcome younger children. A few of the stairs to the loft area can be steep and ladder like. We also do not recommend groups traveling with multiple elderly guests or guests with mobility issues. The house is very safe and secure, however, as we are a tourist destination, petty theft can exist as it does in any tourist destination in the world.
ON THE OUTSIDE
The bungalow is a 4 minute walk to Bodhi Tree Resort, the perfect place to enjoy some relaxing yoga, and a 4 minute walk to the beach, where you will find surf schools. You will also be a 10-12 minute walk to central Guiones , and 20 minutes to North Guiones, where you can take advantage of the amazing restaurants, shopping and local markets.
While the infrastructure in Costa Rica is improving, it is highly likely that you will experience power, water and internet outages at some point during your stay. We consider it part of the fun of experiencing another country and culture. All of these outages are beyond the control of the homeowner and the management company and may come without advance notice. If having internet access is imperative during your visit, we recommend you research internet data plans available to your through your cellular provider. The Playa Guiones, Playa Pelada and surrounding areas of Nosara are rapidly growing communities. As such, much of the area will have noise from construction typically between the hours of 6am and 5pm. We do our best to update our properties impacted by construction, however, we are not always provided advance notice of a project. If you have any questions at all, please contact us in advance of booking your stay as refunds and concessions will not be given for any of the reasons above as they are beyond the control of the homeowner and property manager.
