This cozy 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom home offers a remodeled kitchen with stainless steel appliances, solid surface countertops and a built-in breakfast bistro, the large family room is equipped with a built-in bar to enjoy good music and TV, a fenced backyard with a gas grill and a Jacuzzi/hydromassage machine for a pleasant and relaxing stay.

Relax and enjoy our beautiful beach house, we guarantee you a quiet and comfortable stay, this family house has the capacity to comfortably accommodate 6 people.

Our master bedroom features a king size bed, private bathroom with shower and large walk-in closet, the second bedroom features a queen size bed and closet, each with a 40 inch flat screen TV including cable TV and all Applications. The second bathroom has a tub/shower combination. We also have a queen size air mattress ideal for lounging.

The fully equipped modern kitchen with updated appliances has the necessary kitchen equipment for your stay:

We have for you a mini room decorated in beach style where you can enjoy television or a movie in the comfort of our sofa or if you prefer the large family room with a small dining room and our built-in bar, ideal for enjoying the music you like the most. Each of them has a 65-inch flat screen television and a sound system (home cinema) so you can spend truly pleasant moments.

Our vacation home has a renovated garage with an electric gate and space for one car, additionally you can park 2 vehicles outside the house, in the garage we have a washing machine and dryer as well as essential items for the beach: 4 chairs and 1 cart, 1 umbrella, 1 cooler and various games, ready to guarantee the fun of a day at the beach.

If you prefer to enjoy a good coffee with a pleasant view of our pasture at the back of the house, we have an ideal space with mosquito netting, comfortable chairs and a fan. You can also relax in our Jacuzzi/hydromassage machine or prepare a grill on our large expanse of land and enjoy the outdoors and share with family and friends. I assure you that you will have unforgettable moments.

In addition to providing you with all these comforts, our house has a security system supplied by the renowned company ADT, for us your safety and that of our property is a commitment, for this reason we have three cameras strategically located in the front area, right side area and left side, we also have an automated control panel that verifies each of the doors and windows, smart locks to avoid the use of keys with the simplicity of an access code created solely for that reservation, providing a pleasant security experience for our guests. It is necessary to mention that this system is designed not to disrupt your privacy within the property and the rear (patio). The house also has very sensitive smoke and CO2 detectors to provide you with an environment 100% free of toxic pollutants.


Our location is perfect, with several grocery and retail stores within walking distance: Walmart (.6 miles), Aldi (.9 miles), Publix (1.2 mile), HomeGoods and Marshalls (1 mile).
