Welcome to your ideal group retreat, 2 houses in 1, perfect for wedding groups, multi generational families & memorable getaways!

Escape to our spacious main house + separate guest house for up to 10 guests with room to relax and connect while enjoying beautiful lake views and outdoor living space.

Occasionally you will hear the train go through & blow the horn. White noise machines & ear plugs are provided.

Unlike traditional rentals, our property consists of two homes - the Main House and the Guest House - with no shared indoor spaces. This is the gold standard for groups who want to socialize by day but retreat to their own private sanctuary by night.

We provide smart check-in, high-speed Wi-Fi, and thoughtful details to make your stay seamless and comfortable. Garage parking available for 2 cars or small SUVs. Larger vehicles will need to park in the driveway.

✅Items to Notes
If you want any additional recommendations of activities, recreation, dining, etc. in the area, we have many local recommendations in our Welcome Book upon your arrival! Summer fun favorites include Wednesday's Live Music downtown at beach and Thursday's Water Ski Shows downtown at the beach.

There is no shared space or access between the primary and guest house. Each have completely separate entries.

While the home does have stunning lake views, it does not have lake access.

The Pewaukee Lake House is a non-smoking residence which includes any kind of smoking (vaping, cigars, e-cigarettes, etc.). No smoking is allowed on the property including all outdoor space. House does have a Ring doorbell with camera facing out and outdoor facing cameras over the driveway and backyard.

The home is in a residential neighborhood with neighbors nearby. Please respect everyone, and everything as if it were your own. As such, it is important to note our quiet hours of 10:00pm-8:00am and absolutely no parties are allowed.

The basement is reserved for personal use and will not be available for use during your stay.
