The Perch has two bedrooms, comfortably sleeping up to 4 guests. In the primary room, you will find a king size bed & views overlooking main street! In the secondary room, you will find a queen bed & a desk for any office work you may need to do.

You will find a kitchen stocked with all basic amenities, a Nespresso coffee machine, coffee pods, & creamers! You may enjoy dinners at the kitchen table.

Our spacious living room is complete with a comfortable sectional & a Smart TV allowing you to log in to any of your favorite streaming platforms!

Please note that there should never be over 4 guests in the apartment at one time. If we find out there are unauthorized guests, you will be removed immediately with no refund.
We do not tolerate parties of any kind & you will be removed immediately with no refund.
You may not smoke in the property. If we get an alert that there is any type of smoke in the apartment, you will be removed & fined $500.
